Oracle and CRM IT Product Supervisor

Lead the lifecycle, performance, and continuous improvement of Oracle and CRM technology products to ensure they deliver business value, service quality, and operational stability. The role is responsible for product planning, enhancement prioritization, stakeholder alignment, vendor coordination, and governance of business-critical platforms within approved KPIs, budgets, and adopted policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

Product Leadership & Roadmap Management

Act as the IT product lead for Oracle and CRM platforms, owning the product roadmap, enhancement pipeline, lifecycle planning, and alignment with business priorities.

Translate business demand into product initiatives, release priorities, and improvement plans that maximize value realization, service effectiveness, and user adoption.

Define product objectives, success measures, and delivery priorities in coordination with business stakeholders and IT leadership.

Business & Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with business functions to understand operational needs, process pain points, compliance requirements, and future product expectations.

Facilitate requirement clarification, solution scoping, impact assessment, and prioritization of demand across Oracle and CRM capabilities.

Serve as the key point of contact for product-related escalations, backlog decisions, and service improvement opportunities.

Solution Delivery & Change Management

Supervise the delivery of product enhancements, integrations, fixes, releases, and configuration changes in coordination with vendors, developers, analysts, and infrastructure teams.

Ensure changes are delivered with the appropriate design review, testing coordination, release readiness, documentation, and business sign-off.

Monitor implementation progress, key risks, dependencies, and post-go-live stability to ensure expected outcomes are achieved.

Operations, Support & Vendor Management

Oversee product health, service performance, issue trends, user support needs, and continuity of operations across Oracle and CRM solutions.

Manage vendor relationships, support follow-up, contractual deliverables, and service quality to ensure timely resolution and effective technical collaboration.

Ensure SLAs, support procedures, and escalation paths are maintained for business-critical product operations.

Governance, Quality & Continuous Improvement

Ensure the Oracle and CRM product landscape complies with IT governance requirements, change controls, access rules, information security expectations, and relevant policies.

Track and report product KPIs covering service quality, enhancement delivery, incident patterns, backlog health, and user satisfaction.

Promote process standardization, product optimization, user enablement, and continuous improvement to strengthen value delivery and platform adoption.

People Leadership

Guide product analysts, solution specialists, vendors, or assigned team members, ensuring clear priorities, accountability, and knowledge transfer.

Support the development of product capabilities, product governance practices, and team maturity across Oracle and CRM domains.

Requirements

A. Educational Background & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Relevant certifications in Oracle, CRM platforms, ERP/CRM product management, Agile, or project delivery are preferred.

B. Experience

6–8 years of experience in enterprise applications, product ownership, business systems support, or related IT roles.

Experience working with Oracle platforms, CRM solutions, or similarly business-critical enterprise systems is required.

Experience leading product enhancements, vendor coordination, stakeholder management, and business-facing solution delivery is required.
