Job Purpose:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Outdoor Parts Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for spare parts and aftermarket products.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers regularly and promote company parts and aftermarket products.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate business from existing and new customers.
- Prepare quotations and follow up to secure orders.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the Parts Department team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Collect market intelligence and report customer feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in outdoor spare parts sales.
- Experience in heavy equipment, construction equipment, lubricants , batteries , generators, or industrial parts is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driving license.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
