- Control plant startup, normal operations, and shutdown activities through the DCS.
- Monitor and adjust operating conditions and process parameters.
- Operate Emerson DeltaV control system panels.
- Respond appropriately to plant emergencies and operational upsets.
- Coordinate with relevant teams during startup, shutdown, emergencies, and unit disturbances.
- Operate and troubleshoot plant equipment.
- Provide operational instructions to field operators.
- Ensure all activities are conducted safely and in accordance with the Permit-to-Work system.
- Maintain process specifications within the client’s approved limits.
- Support the Shift Supervisor in running the plant and covering operational requirements.
- Report equipment defects and coordinate with the Maintenance team for rectification.
- Prepare daily and monthly production reports.
