Planning Engineer

Overview: A Planning Engineer plays a pivotal role in the successful execution of construction projects by developing and implementing comprehensive project schedules, monitoring progress, and identifying potential risks. Responsibilities: Develop Project Schedules: Create detailed project schedules using industry-standard software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) that outline the sequence of activities, resource requirements, and estimated durations. Monitor Project Progress: Track project progress against the established schedule, identify deviations, and implement corrective measures to maintain project timelines. Change Management: Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget, ensuring that all modifications are documented and approved. Progress Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and forecast completion dates. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 5 years of experience in construction project planning and scheduling.
