- To perform in procurement and purchasing materials according to the requirements with competitive prices in both domestic and oversea source.
- Negotiates with suppliers establishing price, delivery, quantity, payment, the scope of work, change orders, researches sources of supply.
- To monitor and ensure that the purchase items always met the requirements in the term of quality, quantity, prices, and delivery.
- Able to coordinate with forwarder on the import shipment, booking and delivery to ensure that all goods are delivered and received on time in a proper manner with accurate documentation.
- Maintain the supplier relationship so that we could receive the updated news on products, pricing, and good services.
- Maintain good coordination with other departments who makes the purchase requisition.
- Maintain the document for evidence and auditing.
- Ensuring the Weekly and Monthly KPIs are met and if not Corrective actions are being made to address such deficiencies.
Education Level: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance, or similar relevant field.
Years of Experience: At least2 year up working experience in purchasing both local and overseas with a manufacturing company is preferable.
