Roles, responsibilities, and authorities:
- Creates monthly production plans based on business targets.
- Monitors stock of sub materials and creates purchase requests in SAP.
- Ensure availability of Knock-down (KD) parts and availability of materials required for production.
- Follow up and coordinate with supply chain division to ensure optimum material stock.
- Reporting production status and any production issues to management.
- Assist in preparing semi-annual or annual production plans.
- Work closely with production team to ensure compliance of production plans for new models.
- Revise production schedule when required.
- Prepare daily and weekly production reports.
