Job Description
Role Overview:
The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of construction projects including high-rise towers, commercial developments, and villa communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full project lifecycle from initiation to handover
- Define project scope, objectives, and milestones
- Manage stakeholders including clients, consultants, subcontractors
- Monitor schedule, cost, and quality performance
- Ensure availability of manpower, materials, and equipment
- Oversee planning using Primavera/MS Project
- Manage cost control, budgeting, and variations
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
- Ensure HSE and QA/QC complianceks
- Lead project meetings and reporting
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- PMP Certification preferred
- 15–25 years experience in UAE/GCC construction
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC and UAE regulations
- Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD
- Strong leadership and communication skills
