What you will do
As an intern, you will support the operational backbone of our customer-facing teams:
- Data Quality: Review the status of open enquiries.
- SOP Development: Research the best internal practices and recommend Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows between Sales and Proposal team.
- Planning: Provide support to the Proposal team for bid /Offer preparation.
- Integration: Assist in coordinating between Proposal team and Sales to ensure a seamless transition from "Offer " to "Order."
- Siemens One: Actively promote interdepartmental cooperation (Siemens One) to ensure technical and commercial teams are aligned on customer needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the Proposal Management and suggest digital solutions to improve response times.
Qualifications:
- Recent Graduate from an Engineering Degree (Electrical)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
