Responsible for operating PU injection molding machines to produce footwear soles according to production requirements, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate PU injection molding machines as per production plans and process instructions.
- Set and adjust molds, temperature, and machine parameters.
- Monitor PU mixing and injection processes during production.
- Perform basic quality checks and identify sole defects.
- Report machine issues, process deviations, and quality concerns.
- Maintain production records, material usage, and machine settings.
- Follow safe handling procedures for PU materials and chemicals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Support basic machine cleaning and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with production team members for smooth operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training is an advantage.
- 2–4 years of experience operating injection molding or similar production machines.
- Experience in footwear sole production is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of PU materials, mold setup, and machine adjustments.
- Ability to identify common production defects.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or shift-based environment.
