The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for inspecting and maintaining quality standards across leather, footwear, and leather goods production. The role ensures products meet company specifications through accurate inspection, grading, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
- Perform quality checks for leather, footwear, and leather goods.
- Identify defects and report quality issues to the relevant teams.
- Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.
- Support corrective actions and continuous quality improvement.
- Coordinate with Production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures and ISO standards.
- Support quality audits and inspection activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or degree in Leather Technology, Quality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality inspection or quality control.
- Experience in leather, footwear, tannery, or manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of product inspection, grading, and defect identification.
- Basic knowledge of quality systems and documentation.
