We are seeking a friendly and professional Residences Lounge Assistant to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Residences Lounge Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents and guests have an exceptional experience in our exclusive lounge area. Your warm personality and commitment to outstanding service will contribute to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for all visitors.
- Greet and welcome residents and guests to the lounge area with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations for lounge services
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lounge area, ensuring it meets high standards of hygiene and presentation
- Prepare and serve light refreshments, beverages, and snacks as required
- Monitor and replenish lounge supplies and amenities
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfil guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in organizing and setting up for special events or gatherings in the lounge area
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and services to guests
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, and feedback
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Effective time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
