WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE:
3–5 years of leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-end, comparable establishment.
Proven ability to train, motivate, and manage large teams, with a focus on performance and development.
Expertise in inventory control, supplier coordination, and financial oversight (tracking KPIs, cost management).
A passion for exceptional customer service, with the poise to resolve complex issues professionally.
