The role is responsible for representing EBL professionally by providing excellent customer service, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and supporting smooth daily retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Promote and sell EBL products by explaining features, quality, pricing, and availability.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain product displays, pricing, cleanliness, and shop presentation standards.
- Monitor stock levels and support stock receiving, counting, and replenishment.
- Process sales transactions, payments, invoices, and daily sales reports accurately.
- Follow company policies related to sales, promotions, returns, and customer service.
- Support shop opening and closing activities as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or similar roles.
- Experience in shop, showroom, kiosk, mall, or premium retail sales is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory processes.
- Experience in leather, fashion, accessories, or luxury products is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
