Job Purpose
Represent the company and its products to customers in Riyadh by delivering helpful, engaging service and supporting sales growth. The Salesperson builds customer relationships, understands product needs, provides accurate product information, and contributes to a positive shopping experience while meeting sales and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Assist Customers: Welcome customers, understand their needs, answer questions, and recommend suitable products in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Drive Sales: Promote products, communicate relevant features and benefits, and contribute to individual and team sales targets.
Provide Product Information: Maintain current knowledge of product ranges, availability, promotions, pricing, and company policies to provide accurate guidance.
Deliver a Positive Customer Experience: Support customers throughout the purchasing process, handle inquiries courteously, and help resolve concerns in line with company procedures.
Maintain Product Presentation: Keep sales areas organized, clean, and well stocked, and ensure products and displays meet visual merchandising standards.
Support Transactions: Process purchases, payments, returns, and exchanges accurately in accordance with company policies and point-of-sale procedures.
Monitor Stock: Check product availability, replenish shelves as needed, and report low stock, damaged items, or discrepancies to the appropriate team.
Support Promotions and Campaigns: Communicate current offers to customers and help implement in-store promotions and sales activities.
Meet Store Standards: Follow company procedures for customer service, safety, loss prevention, cash handling, and store operations.
Collaborate with the Team: Work with colleagues and supervisors to support daily operations, share customer feedback, and help achieve store objectives.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to understand customer needs and explain product features clearly and accurately.
Basic numeracy and the ability to process sales transactions accurately.
Ability to work toward sales targets and contribute positively to team performance.
Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple customer requests.
Professional, approachable, and proactive manner when interacting with customers and colleagues.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays according to business needs.
