- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all vehicle models, features, prices, and financing options to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Sales & Negotiation: Present vehicles to customers, conduct test drives, and effectively negotiate prices and terms to close sales.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent performance in both individual and team sales goals.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing showroom inventory, ensuring vehicles are properly displayed, clean, and ready for customer viewing.
