Role Overview
As a Sales Executive – FastFit, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and enhancing our relationship with key personnel within the FastFit channel. As part of our Emirates for Universal Tyres team in Dubai, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, emphasising Continental’s commitment to high quality Original Equipment and replacement tyres. You will assist FastFit customers in optimising their sell-out of Continental tyres by overcoming objections, ensuring stock availability, and driving continuous growth in the assigned channel.
Responsibilities
- Follow the complete sales process, including prospecting, client meetings, product presentations and demonstrations, negotiations, securing commitments, and closing sales.
- Develop and deliver engaging sales campaigns at B2C and branch sales advisor levels, ensuring ongoing performance monitoring and effectiveness.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the FastFit channel, particularly with new market entrants.
- Design and provide training material to help service advisors and technicians in FastFit locations convert more Continental tyre business.
- Measure and report on FastFit location effectiveness in converting Continental tyre sales, showcasing growth prospects and improvement areas.
- Manage customer follow-ups and deliveries using strong time management and organisational skills to ensure satisfaction consistently.
- Monitor Continental stock and sales at FastFit locations and warehouses to ensure optimal availability.
- Maintain high standards in conduct, attitude, attendance, and personal appearance, consistent with company and FastFit partner expectations.
- Achieve assigned sales targets within the FastFit channel and actively contribute to the company’s overall growth strategy.
- Ensure prompt payment collection to maintain healthy cash flow and customer account status.
Must have requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience within the tyre industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of the automotive market, with insights into industry structure and the FastFit channel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Solid knowledge of automotive tyres and their technical specifications.
- Strong customer orientation coupled with effective problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record in sales achievement.
