Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales & PR Executive to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and enhance the company’s brand visibility through effective public relations and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in outdoor sales and/or public relations, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to develop creative strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
- Conduct outdoor sales activities, client visits, and meetings to generate leads and develop new business relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and PR initiatives to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to propose creative promotional campaigns and business development strategies.
- Represent the company professionally at client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and reports as required.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities.
- Work toward achieving individual sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall business objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in outdoor sales, public relations, business development, or a related role.
- Proven ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to propose effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and relevant sales tools.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
- Valid Qatari driving license and access to a personal vehicle are mandatory.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve sales targets.
- Must be available to join immediately or at short notice.
