The Sales Representative – Level 1 provides administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure smooth daily sales activities. Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of the Sales Department to ensure business continuity.
- Follow company sales policies, procedures, and guidelines in all assigned tasks.
- Assist Sales Executives, Team Leaders, and Managers in achieving sales objectives.
- Provide administrative support to maintain an organized and efficient sales operation.
- Prepare, compile, and distribute sales reports and other required documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the company's sales systems and databases.
- Process sales-related documentation, quotations, invoices, and customer records accurately and on time.
