Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, Flow automation, security and access management, reports, dashboards, data management, and user support. Experience configuring Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flow for process automation. Experience managing users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing/security settings. Hands-on experience creating and maintaining reports and dashboards. Experience with Salesforce data import, export, cleansing, and data quality management. Strong troubleshooting and end-user support capabilities. Good understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform administration. Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred. Real Estate/Property Management domain experience will be an added advantage. Requirements 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Strong experience in Salesforce configuration and administration. Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred Preferred: Experience in the Real Estate industry is an advantage but not mandatory. Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications. Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, APIs, or Salesforce development concepts. Experience working in an Agile or project-based environment. Knowledge of Sales Cloud and related Salesforce capabilities.
