Throughout the programme, you’ll meet peers and senior executives from across our global network, creating partnerships and forming relationships that will accelerate your career. We believe that by fostering a highly collaborative and open culture, the whole can be greater than the sum of our parts.

As part of the assessment process, we’ll help you explore which of the following workstreams best match your strengths and interests:

Design and Innovation: Design, deliver, and scale initiatives that enable employees to become Intrapreneurs, support venture-building teams, and strengthen our culture of innovation.
