Role Purpose:
To support, maintain, and enhance ERP finance modules, ensuring accurate financial processing, regulatory compliance, support for internal and external audit requirements, and alignment with organizational accounting and reporting requirements.
Key Accountabilities:
ERP Finance Support:
- Provide functional support for ERP finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
- Resolve complex incidents and ensure timely issue resolution with minimal business disruption
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and ZATCA requirements, including e-invoicing and VAT return processes
- Manage finance period closing activities in ERP, including month-end and year-end closing processes
Financial Process Management:
- Ensure accurate configuration and execution of financial transactions within the ERP system
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Integration & Data Integrity
- Ensure proper integration between finance modules and other ERP functions
- Maintain accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems
- Ensure integration with MM module, including invoice verification processes, and SD module, including billing and revenue posting processes
Enhancements & Change Management:
- Manage system enhancements, change requests, and configuration updates related to finance modules
- Support testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT)
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, standards, and audit requirements
- Support financial reporting and ensure data accuracy and integrity
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with finance teams to gather requirements and improve system functionality
- Provide user support and training where required
