Summary
ENEC is seeking a Senior Governance and Reporting Specialist to develop and implement governance, change control, and reporting frameworks for its Operational Readiness Control Center (ORCC). The role includes creating templates, dashboards, and KPIs; improving processes; and ensuring reports meet management requirements and quality standards. The specialist will also support budget control, procurement, consultant contract renewals, SAP service entries, and monitoring of training and action reports. A bachelor’s degree in General Management, Administration, Engineering Management, Project Management, or an equivalent field and at least 5 years of relevant experience are required; 10 or more years of governance and reporting experience are preferred. The position is based at ENEC’s Abu Dhabi headquarters.

Job Purpose
Enhance the Governance and Reporting Framework of Operational Readiness Control Center (ORCC). Support the ORCC management through creating, developing, and implementing efficient reporting and tracking systems that will collect and report key measures and data at the program level to support the ORCC and Corporate activities.
Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability
Activity:
ORCC Governance and Reporting Framework Development and Implementation
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
•Develop the governance and reporting framework (includes the Change Control Process) which includes the development of reporting templates, dashboards, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with Nawah Integrated Management System (NIMS) to support the organizations requirements.
•Develop and implement the ORCCs governance and reporting framework to ensure consistent application across the organization.
•Support ORCC Units 2, 3, and 4 in setting up governance and reporting system to ensure alignment between all operational readiness control centers.
Management and Delivery
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
•Manage the implementation of ORCC Change Control process to ensure configuration control exists over ORCC governance documents.
•Responsible for ORCC process improvement to enhance the effectiveness of existing processes and practices.
•Manage and resolve issues in implementing the Governance and Reporting processes and controls.
•Support ORCC budget management and control.
•Prepare and submit to finance the accruals report for consultants on monthly basis.
•Monitor the contract renewals of ORCC consultants and manage the procurement requirements for ORCC including monthly Service Entries in SAP for Consultants.
•Monitor and report to ORCC management any Conditional Reports (CRs) / Action Reports (ARs) which have the potential to impact Unit 1 Scope of Work.
•Monitor and report to ORCC Management the current status of team training and CR requirements to ensure compliance.
Reporting Guidance and Quality
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
•Understand Senior Stakeholder requirements for reporting to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
•Develop and maintain Reporting requirements for Senior Management in line with organizational objectives.
•Monitor and review report content to ensure the quality and accuracy of data.
•Monitor ORCC reporting process to ensure only approved formats are utilized.
•Actively identify reporting improvements and incorporate these within standard reports.
