Responsibilities
1. Define the annual digital roadmap, balancing brand-building and performance objectives. Lead the integration of brand campaigns with performance marketing - ensuring consistent messaging, targeting, and measurement.
2. Challenge results, guide optimizations, and ensure alignment with Keeta's local market nuances. Own organic social strategy (Instagram, TikTok, X) - content pillars, community management, and follower growth.
3. Lead performance-driven influencer programs (KOLs, KOCs) with clear KPIs (engagement, conversion, CPE). Leverage Arabic language skills to develop culturally relevant content and manage local influencer relationships. Merchant Co-marketing (Online).
4. Design and execute joint online campaigns with merchant partners (co-branded ads, exclusive landing pages, in-app placements).
5. Use Keeta's digital assets (splash screens, banners, push) as part of merchant value exchange. Build dashboards to track key metrics (ROI, CPA, CPO, CPE, reach, engagement).
6. Lead weekly reviews with performance teams, identifying inefficiencies and testing new channels/creatives. Foster a test-and-learn culture - small-budget experiments, rapid iteration.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration* Work closely with other marketing teams (PR, Brand, C-end, Merchant, D-end) and business functions to ensure digital initiatives support broader company goals.
8. Manage and mentor a small in-house team (social, merchant coordination, analytics). Serve as the strategic interface to the centralized performance team. Build a roadmap to bring key performance marketing capabilities in-house, increasing Keeta's self-sufficiency.
Requirements
1. 8+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior strategic role. Proven versatility.
2. Experience across brand, performance, social, influencer, and analytics; comfortable moving between high-level strategy and hands-on problem solving.
3. Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
4. Essential for local content creation, influencer negotiations, and market insights.
5. Strong understanding of full-funnel digital marketing (Meta, TikTok, Google, programmatic).
6. Experience working with performance marketing teams (in-house or agency) and driving data-led decisions.
7. Analytical mindset. Able to interpret data and turn insights into action.
8. Experience in e-commerce, food delivery, or retail tech preferred. Based in Doha or willing to relocate.
