Own the Enterprise Communications Strategy and MarCom roadmap, aligning priorities, governance and market activation to strengthen Vodafone Business in Qatar.
Use customer, competitor and market insights to shape communications priorities, propositions and campaign decisions.
Strengthen Vodafone Business positioning through differentiated, audience-led messaging and consistent brand alignment across touchpoints.
Lead integrated campaigns from brief to activation, ensuring clear objectives, cross-functional readiness, quality and brand alignment.
Equip Sales with proposition messaging, customer-facing content and activation tools that support Enterprise launches and commercial conversations.
Own the Vodafone Business website, content roadmap and digital campaigns, including performance management, monitoring and reporting to improve engagement, conversion and effectiveness.
Build market visibility and thought leadership through PR, executive engagement, events, partnerships, customer stories and social amplification.
Plan and execute EBU events with partners, Product and Segment teams, ensuring alignment to customer and commercial priorities.
Manage Enterprise reputation and communications risks, coordinating timely responses to sensitive customer, market or business issues.
Link communications to business outcomes through clear performance measures, ROI tracking and actionable insights.
Optimize communications investment and agency performance, ensuring quality, speed, value and brand compliance.
Lead stakeholder alignment, strengthen customer and partner relationships, and build communications capability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising or a related discipline.
5 - 8 years of relevant experience across communications, integrated marketing, brand, B2B marketing or related disciplines.
Strong track record of leading complex, integrated communications programs in cross-functional environments.
Strong understanding of B2B customers, customer journeys, engagement and demand generation.
Demonstrated experience across campaigns, website and content management, digital, social, PR, events and executive communications.
Experience managing agencies, partners and communications budgets.
Strong commercial and analytical capability, with the ability to connect communications priorities to customer and business outcomes.
Excellent executive communication, influencing, stakeholder management, and presentation skills in English & Arabic.
Must be a Qatari national.
