Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer (Plumbing & Drainage) with strong technical and site management expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate must have extensive Gulf experience and proven hands-on involvement in villa and high-rise building projects.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
- Minimum 10+years of total experience in the UAE
- Strong experience in Plumbing, Drainage & Water Supply Systems
- Hands-on exposure in Villa Projects and High-Rise Buildings
- In-depth knowledge of UAE authorities’ regulations (DEWA, DM, Civil Defence, etc.)
- Ability to handle design review, material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements
- Strong coordination with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams
- Valid UAE Driving License
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all plumbing and drainage works on-site
- Review and approve shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, authority regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor site progress, quality, and productivity
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions
- Support testing, commissioning, and final handover activities
