RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support production activities utilizing PLM,CATIA,SOLIDWORKS,ALTIUM and XPLM connector.
- Handle L2 and L3 support tickets assigned by the PLM Manager.
- Analyze technical issues involving AML, IOM, C#, JavaScript, SQL, server/client methods and application logs.
- Provide workaround, RCA and permanent fix for assigned production incidents.
- Support package deployment, smoke testing and post-deployment validation.
- Support upgrade-related analysis and validation for Aras Innovator Release 35 or later.
- Coordinate with business, CM, PLM, infra, DBA, vendor and integration teams.
- Installations of Aras and components on servers. Server maintenance and server upset resolutions.
- Support Go-live activities.
- Maintain code best practices and SDLC best practices.
- License updates, Effectivity services, Vault management
- Maintain Production Uptime metrics.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- +8 years of experience in PLM software support
- Minimum 3 years experience on Aras Innovator production support, upgrade support or L2/L3 support activities.
- Knowledge of configuration management principles, processes, and tools (e.g., CMDB, PLM, PDM).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

REST/SOAP/API integration basics
Experience supporting integration with XPLM
Experience supporting cross-PLM integration such as Windchill-Aras integration

Performance troubleshooting
ITIL/ticketing process experience
Knowledge of Aras Innovator Edge API
CAA CATIA
Altium tool for PCB design Exposure.
