  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Communicate project updates effectively and ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop automation capability in senior supply chain leaders and specialists. Provide guidance, support, and opportunities for growth, fostering expertise in AWS and SCOT technologies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor the performance of implemented automation solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Implement changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging analytics tools.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers of automation equipment and services, particularly those specializing in AWS integrations. Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, with a focus on automation.
  • Proven track record of leading and implementing complex automation projects.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including planning, warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment.
