About the Position:
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Shift Manager to join the Wynn Rewardsteam.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Oversee Wynn Rewards desk operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
Lead and motivate team members to maintain high levels of guest engagement and professionalism
Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary to ensure prompt and satisfactory outcomes
Monitor gaming entry, program enrollment and usage metrics, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement
Ensure compliance with operational procedures, brand standards, and regulatory requirements
Assist in training new team members and support ongoing development of existing staff
Coordinate with other departments to support cross-functional promotions and guest experiences
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in guest service or loyalty program operations, preferably in luxury hospitality or gaming environments
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Proficiency in loyalty systems and guest service platforms
Fluency in English required; additional languages such as Arabic are an asset
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
Must pass gaming licensing background check
