Job Description
Job purpose: Supervise architectural site activities and ensure execution follows approved drawings, specifications, design intent and project requirements.
Key responsibilities
– Coordinate architectural works with civil, structural, MEP and interior teams.
– Review shop drawings, material submittals and architectural details.
– Monitor site execution, workmanship, finishes and dimensional accuracy.
– Raise and follow up on RFIs, site queries, inspections and corrective actions.
– Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and site engineers.
– Maintain inspection records and support snagging and handover activities.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a relevant qualification.
– Minimum 3 years of architectural site experience.
– Understanding of construction drawings, finishing works and quality procedures.
– UAE/GCC site experience and knowledge of local construction practices preferred.
