We are seeking an experienced and visionary Spa Manager to lead our spa operations in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. - Manage all spa operations and facilities to ensure optimal efficiency, safety, and compliance with standard operating procedures and brand guidelines
- Lead, mentor, and develop spa staff through effective communication, performance management, and professional development initiatives that foster a supportive and inclusive team environment
- Establish and implement proactive strategic initiatives to market spa products and services, driving revenue growth and guest satisfaction
- Conduct regular performance reviews of therapist schedules, treatment room utilization, and staff productivity to maximize yield potential and operational efficiency
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of competitors, including their locations, product offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning to inform business decisions
- Analyze business trends and global spa/wellness market developments to adapt strategies and maintain competitive advantage
- Oversee monthly inventory checks, control inventory levels, and manage procurement to optimize costs without compromising quality
- Ensure consistent implementation of quality assurance standards and audit requirements across all spa areas, reviewing scores and monitoring progress against targets
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders, representing the spa and resort brand values with professionalism and transparency
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of spa treatments, wellness services, and industry best practices to provide expert guidance and recommendations
- Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management team
