We are looking for a Stewarding Supervisor who brings strong leadership, discipline, and pride to the operation. You will ensure our kitchens, back-of-house areas, equipment, and operating supplies are consistently clean, safe, organised, and ready for service.

Your Day-to-Day
No two shifts are exactly the same. You will move between leadership, service coordination, and operational support throughout the day.
Lead the Team
- Supervise and allocate daily stewarding duties
- Conduct briefings and provide coaching and support
- Monitor attendance, grooming, performance, and productivity
- Lead by example, especially during busy periods
Maintain Standards
- Ensure kitchens and back-of-house areas are clean and organised
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP compliance
- Ensure crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils, and equipment are ready for service
- Monitor correct use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Report maintenance, safety, and operational issues promptly
Support the Operation
- Work closely with Culinary, F&B, Engineering, and other departments
- Support smooth opening, service, and closing procedures
- Manage waste, breakage, and stewarding supplies responsibly
- Support events, high-volume operations, and special requirements
- Ensure effective shift handovers and communication

- Culinary and F&B teams have the support and equipment they need
- Strong hygiene and safety standards are consistently maintained

What We Need From You
Education
- Hospitality or related qualification preferred
- Food safety/hygiene certification is an advantage
Experience
- 2–3 years of hotel stewarding or similar hospitality experience
- Previous experience as a Stewarding Supervisor, Senior Steward, or Team Leader
- Luxury/upscale hotel or residential hospitality experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, dishwashing, and back-of-house operations
- GCC/Dubai experience is an advantage
