Job Description
KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS
- Ensuring scheduled shipments are received and parked in their designated parking area.
- Ensuring that the inventory received are matching with the packing list, purchase order, invoice, Production and Expiry batches.
- Entering the goods received into the system MIGO through SAP system.
- Ensuring that all the goods received are with complete accuracy.
- Overseeing those inventories which are approaching the expiry date and segregating these inventories.
- Ensuring that the inventories are kept in their designated areas.
- Follow up on Purchase Order, Receiving Order and Invoices and forwarding these documents to the head office.
- Ensuring that the goods are loaded into the trucks with complete accuracy and good condition.
- Ensuring that trip sheets are prepared and maintained.
- Verify these trip sheets to number to invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Verification of damaged goods and expiry goods to the credit notes done on time and entered into the system.
- Verifying QHSE log sheets to ensure that the temperature of the warehouse and cold room are maintained.
- Ensuring that the Warehouse is well maintained and clean.
- Ensuring that the attendance of company staff and contracted staffs are maintained.
- Ensuring that the supporting documents of the vehicles are maintained on timely basis.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE
- Undergraduate/ Equivalent Qualification.
- Minimum 2-3 Years experience in the equivalent role.
- Fluent communication in English and Arabic.
- Inventory and SAP experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
