Job Purpose
As the Team Leader - Talent Acquisition at UAE - Provis Corporate, you will spearhead the strategic and operational aspects of talent sourcing and acquisition. This role is pivotal in shaping the workforce by attracting, engaging, and securing top talent aligned with the organization’s goals within the People, Culture and Performance department.
Roles, Responsibilities & Duties

- Collaborate across departments to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational culture and values.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insightful reports to support data-driven decision-making and improve hiring outcomes.
- Drive talent management initiatives including employer branding, diversity hiring practices, and talent pipeline development.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, company policies, and best practices in recruitment and employee relations.
- Foster strong partnerships with external recruitment agencies and platforms to expand the talent pool.
- Champion a collaborative team environment that encourages continuous learning and professional development within the talent acquisition function.
Qualification
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications in HR or talent acquisition, such as SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent, are highly desirable.
