JOB OBJECTIVE:
To perform daily treasury tasks such as processing payments, monitoring bank accounts, preparing reconciliations, and assisting in liquidity management, ensuring accurate and timely execution of treasury operations in compliance with company policies.
MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process bank payments, fund transfers, and settlements in line with internal approvals and controls.
- Monitor bank account activities and report cash positions on a daily basis.
- Prepare and update cash flow reports and forecasts in coordination with the senior treasury team.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and investigate any variances or outstanding items.
- Maintain treasury records, documents, and confirmations in an organized and auditable manner.
- Support in managing and renewing bank guarantees and letters of credit.
- Assist in the utilization and monitoring of banking facilities and lines of credit.
- Communicate with banks to follow up on transactions and resolve operational issues.
- Input and maintain treasury-related data in the ERP system.
- Assist during internal and external audits by preparing necessary treasury schedules and documentation.
- Contribute to process improvements in treasury operations and control activities.
- Coordinate with accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger teams for cash-related entries.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Senior Treasury Accountant or Treasury Supervisor.
Qualifications and competencies:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or closely related field.

- Effective communication and follow-up skills.
Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in treasury or banking operations.
