As a Verification Engineer at KABi Technologies, you will be embedded across development squads to ensure that our products—built on a modern stack of React, Next.js, and NestJS—not only function but strictly adhere to specified technical requirements, security standards, and design constraints.
Your mission is to bridge the gap between "code completion" and "quality assurance" by focusing on the technical "how" and the functional "what."
Key Responsibilities
● Technical Compliance: Act as a quality gatekeeper during the development lifecycle, ensuring code aligns with documented business logic and architectural standards.
● Requirements Traceability: Build and maintain a Traceability Matrix to ensure 100% coverage of product specifications across the frontend and backend.
● Advanced Code Review: Participate in the Pull Request (PR) process to identify logical flaws, missing edge cases, and security vulnerabilities within Node.js services and React components.
● API & Data Validation: Verify API contracts and data integrity between NestJS backends and storage layers including MongoDB and Elasticsearch.
Cross-Functional Sync: Collaborate directly with Frontend, Backend, and QA leads to resolve technical blockers and align on the "Definition of Done."
Technical Qualifications
● The Stack: Professional experience or deep familiarity with React, Next.js, NestJS, and Node.js.
● Data Proficiency: Mastery of querying MongoDB and Elasticsearch to verify data persistence and retrieval accuracy.
● Verification Tooling: Expert-level use of API testing tools (Postman, Insomnia) and browser developer tools for debugging.
● System Logic: Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, microservices architecture, and state management.
● Documentation: Proven ability to write technical verification plans that translate complex PRDs into actionable test cases.
