We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager-Reservations- to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.
Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.
Your Role
As the Assistant Manager – Reservations, you’ll support the management of reservation operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a smooth booking experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in managing daily reservation operations
· Monitor reservations and ensure booking details are accurate
· Support the reservations team and coordinate daily activities
· Handle guest inquiries and reservation requests
· Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth operations
· Monitor room availability and reservation records
· Support the team in resolving booking issues and maintaining guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel reservations or a similar hospitality role
- Good understanding of reservation procedures and hotel operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Good command of English
