Job Responsibility:

Greet customers and provide them with a positive service experience

Consult with customers about their vehicle issues and maintenance needs

Schedule service appointments and manage service bookings

Communicate with customers about the status of their vehicle repairs

Provide accurate estimates for service costs and timelines

Upsell additional services or maintenance packages as needed
