This role involves:
Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, specialty beverages, teas, and other menu items in accordance with Aroma Coffee brand standards.
Delivering exceptional guest service and creating positive customer experiences during concerts, sporting events, corporate functions, and daily operations.
Operating and maintaining espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other coffee equipment safely and efficiently.
Supporting sales growth through product knowledge, upselling, and promotional recommendations.
Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards across all coffee stations and service areas.
Assisting with stock control, inventory management, waste reduction, and operational readiness.
Working collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team to support successful event delivery across Coca-Cola Arena.
Adapting to a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining service excellence and product consistency.

You should have:
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Barista training or coffee preparation certification is desirable.
Food Safety, HACCP, or relevant food handling certification is advantageous.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Barista, Café, Coffee Shop, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage service role.
Previous experience operating espresso machines and preparing specialty coffee beverages.
Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Fluent in English.
Arabic is a plus.
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
Strong customer service and guest engagement skills.
Good knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, milk texturing, espresso extraction, and beverage presentation.
Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately.
Understanding of food safety, hygiene, HACCP principles, and allergen awareness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Knowledge of stock control, inventory management, and waste minimisation practices.
Ability to follow operational procedures, checklists, and service standards.
Sales awareness with the ability to upsell products and promote special offers.
