- Your responsible is assisting with beverage delivery, open/closing and preparing the beach area for residents and their families inclusive of the set-up and breakdown of sun loungers and maintaining all areas to ensure our Residents and their families receive a seamless and consistently luxurious experience.

- You have a talent for creating welcoming, relaxed environments, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, multitasking efficiently, and delivering thoughtful service with natural confidence.
- You are well‑organized, adaptable, and proactive, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently when required.
- You bring 1–2 years’ experience in a luxury hotel, resort, beach club, or residential environment, with a genuine desire to exceed resident expectations.
- Communication is what keeps our teams connected. You have clear, courteous communication skills, work collaboratively with colleagues, and maintain a calm, professional approach even during busy periods.
- English is the primary language used at One at Palm Jumeirah. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Additional languages are an advantage.
