- You will be responsible for creating an exceptional first and last impression for everyone visiting AVA at Palm Jumeirah, welcoming residents, their families, and guests with warmth, professionalism, and courtesy, ensuring every arrival and departure reflects the distinguished standards of Dorchester Collection.
- You’ll also work in close partnership with the Lobby Host and Concierge teams to ensure all resident and guest requests are met seamlessly, supporting luggage delivery and collection when required and maintaining open communication to ensure alignment and consistency across all guest touchpoints.

What you'll bring

- You have a talent for creating welcoming environments, delivering consistent and thoughtful service, multitasking confidently in a dynamic operational setting, and maintaining composure under pressure.
- You bring 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role or customer‑facing position within a luxury hotel or residential environment.
- Communication is what keeps our teams connected. You have excellent verbal communication skills, engage confidently with residents and visitors, and work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to achieve common goals.
- You are detail‑oriented, dependable, and professional, able to work independently with minimal supervision while supporting the wider team. You take pride in your appearance, respect confidentiality, and consistently represent the Dorchester Collection brand with integrity, warmth, and confidence.
- English is the primary language used at AVA. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Additional languages are an advantage.
