Responsibilities
Drive Revenue & Hit Quotas:
- Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly personal sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Maximize Average Transaction Value (ATV) and Units Per Transaction (UPT) through aggressive and strategic upselling and cross-selling.
- Convert store foot traffic into paying customers through proactive engagement and persuasive selling techniques.
Consultative Selling & Closing:
- Conduct quick, effective needs-assessments to pitch the right high-ticket skincare or makeup regimens.
- Perform targeted product demonstrations and "mini-makeovers" specifically designed to close the sale.
- Confidently handle and overcome customer objections regarding price, brand, or product efficacy.
- Seamlessly close sales and transition customers to the checkout process.
Clienteling & Repeat Business:
- Build and manage a highly profitable "book of business" (VIP client list).
- Proactively contact clients via phone or email for product replenishments, new product launches, and exclusive sales events.
- Drive customer loyalty and repeat purchases to guarantee a continuous pipeline of personal sales.
Sales Strategy & Product Pitching:
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of top-selling products, new launches, and current promotions to maximize every sales opportunity.
- Strategically push focus-brands or high-margin items as directed by management to maximize commission and store profitability.
Qualifications
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of proven, target-driven sales experience (beauty, luxury retail, or direct sales preferred).
- Closer Mentality: Highly competitive, money-motivated, and driven by commission and sales rankings.
- Persuasion Skills: Exceptional ability to pitch products, build urgency, and close deals on the spot.
- Resilience: Comfortable with aggressive sales goals and able to handle rejection with a positive, persistent attitude.
- Beauty Knowledge: Strong understanding of beauty trends, skincare ingredients, and makeup application to establish immediate authority and trust with buyers.
