ROLE
You are the co-leader of Le Café LPM alongside the Brand Executive Chef - each owning a distinct remit. You are the business guardian of the brand, the operations, the people, and the performance - starting in Dubai and scaling across every market we enter. You execute the CEO's strategy and report directly to him.
EXPERIENCE
6-8 years in brand management, concept development, or multi-site F&B operations, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record leading cross-functional teams, managing new openings, dealing with landlords, managing Architects, Interior designers, project managers and while maintaining brand integrity across markets.
Financially literate, culturally fluent, and comfortable operating across international markets. Mobility is essential.

Brand Strategy & Identity: You represent the concept, ensure compliance, and evolve it with intention in close collaboration with the CEO, the support office, and the culinary team.
Leadership & People: You lead all department heads directly - inspiring, challenging, and building a culture where people are trusted, held to high standards, and proud of what they create.
Operational Excellence: You own the critical path, lead new openings end-to-end, and keep every location running with the same standards, systems, and energy as the first.
Financial Acumen & Inventory: You own the P&L, drive profitability, and maintain tight control over costs and inventory - across existing locations and into future projects, pre-openings, budgets, and reinvestment decisions.
Guest-Centric & Cultural Awareness: You understand that the brand is felt through the guest experience and that experience must translate across cultures, cities, and communities without losing what makes Le Café LPM what it is.
