Job Summary
Establishes and maintains a business relationship with new or existing brokers. Provides commissions for brokers on accurate and timeliness manner. Troubleshoots all the administrative and specialized issues from brokers.
Job Responsibilities
- Improve the Brokers productivity and efficiency output to meet the sales target.
- Schedule a frequent visits with the brokers within the regions to maintain excellent relationship.
- Prepare presentations to Brokers in regard to products and services.
- Act as a main contact person for Brokers in the respective region.
- Prepare periodical reports on Brokers’ sales and collections.
- Ensure high quality client services are provided
- Ensure renewal notices are sent to the client in a proper timely manner.
Job Duties
- Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleague.
- Report Sales activities on daily, weekly, and monthly bases or as requested.
- Gain clear understanding of broker’s business and requirements.
- Update the existing data base with the status of each broker.
- Maintain good relationship and service with existing broker’s and attending to broker complaints through regular visits, follow up and responding to enquiries to ensure creating sales opportunities for Wataniya.
- Contact potential broker’s by calling, emails and arrange for meetings.
- Coordinate with underwriting department to customize services for large accounts.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, industry regulations, and Wataniya’s policies.
Requirements
Educational Background and Certifications:
- Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant field such as Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Research and Development, or Business development.
Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
