THE TEAM
You will be part of the Culinary team at Rosewood Red Sea, working closely with the Events Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chefs to deliver exceptional banquet, catering, and event experiences across the resort. Partnering with Events, Food & Beverage, Stewarding, and Purchasing teams, you will help ensure operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation within an ultra-luxury environment.
YOUR ROLE
As Chef de Partie - Events, you will be responsible for overseeing an assigned section within the Events Kitchen, ensuring the successful preparation and execution of culinary operations for conferences, weddings, VIP functions, private dining experiences, and special events. You will support the delivery of exceptional food quality, uphold Rosewood standards, and contribute to seamless event execution through strong organization, teamwork, and attention to detail.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
Oversee the daily operation of your assigned section within the Events Kitchen.
Ensure all food preparation, presentation, and service meet Rosewood standards and event requirements.
Support the culinary execution of conferences, weddings, private functions, VIP events, and special occasions.
Maintain consistency in recipes, portion control, food quality, and presentation across all event operations.
Coordinate closely with operational teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery for all events.
Maintain compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and operational standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
