THE TEAM
You will be part of the Culinary team at Rosewood Red Sea, working closely with the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine within our Japanese specialty restaurant. Partnering with Food & Beverage, Stewarding, and Purchasing teams, you will contribute to delivering authentic and memorable dining experiences while upholding the highest standards of culinary excellence, craftsmanship, and service within an ultra-luxury environment.
YOUR ROLE
As Chef de Partie - Japanese Cuisine, you will oversee an assigned kitchen section and support the preparation and execution of authentic Japanese dishes and dining experiences. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of food quality, consistency, presentation, and operational efficiency while contributing to a seamless guest journey and showcasing the artistry and precision associated with Japanese cuisine.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
Oversee the daily operation of your assigned kitchen section within the Japanese specialty restaurant.
Ensure all food preparation, presentation, and service standards are consistently delivered in line with Rosewood expectations.
Maintain authenticity, consistency, and excellence across menu offerings while following established recipes and culinary standards.
Support the preparation and execution of à la carte, specialty, and signature dining experiences.
Monitor food safety, hygiene, storage, and handling practices in compliance with HACCP standards.
Contribute to inventory control, waste reduction initiatives, and operational efficiency while supporting continuous improvement.
