THE TEAM
You will be part of the Culinary team at Rosewood Red Sea, working closely with the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine across Borgo and Jiran. As part of a dynamic multi-concept dining destination, you will collaborate with Food & Beverage, Stewarding, and Purchasing teams to deliver exceptional culinary experiences while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and operational excellence.
YOUR ROLE
As Chef de Partie - Levantine & All Day Dining, you will oversee an assigned kitchen section supporting both Borgo, the resort's vibrant all-day dining destination, and Jiran, our Levantine concept inspired by the warmth and traditions of Arab hospitality. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, consistency, and operational efficiency while contributing to memorable guest experiences within an ultra-luxury environment.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
Oversee the daily operation of your assigned kitchen section across Borgo and Jiran.
Ensure all food preparation, presentation, and service standards are consistently delivered in line with Rosewood expectations.
Support the execution of all-day dining and Levantine menu offerings, maintaining authenticity, quality, and consistency.
Prepare and present dishes featuring regional flavors, artisanal breads, charcoal-grilled specialties, and shareable dining experiences.
Maintain consistency in recipes, portion control, food quality, and presentation standards across all services.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and operational standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
