The Client Solutions team mission is to establish and build scalable, healthy, long-term client relationships by solving direct clients' and agencies' challenges through scalable, best in class campaign services. Client Solution Team Leads have a holistic understanding about TikTok's ad products and are humble, dynamic and open for change. You are joining a team of consultants and marketing and self service platform experts, who proactively drive the client’s growth strategy, including upsells, renewals and campaign reactivations.

Responsibilities:
Client Solutions Team Lead will be hyper focused on the key vertical. Working with XFN teams to build out best practices, playbooks, and vertical analyses for their clients and internal teams. They are the decision maker for their CST teams on process updates and product priorities.
CST Lead partners with stakeholders from ad operations, product development, engineering, and creative teams to resolve complex client issues, drive the foundations and adoption of mobile app-focused ad products, and incorporate marketplace feedback into product improvement strategies. Using the influence and relationship-building skills, they provide TikTok-caliber client service, research and market analysis. They anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explores and uncovers the business needs of TikTok's key clients and translates that into solution driven offerings to grow the business. Leading from the front, they are a working mentor to the team, enabling the team to become a first class unit.
-Vision: Vertical strategy & planning - work with Sales lead on defining the focus for unit
-Ownership: Deployment & Execution of strategy through CSMs, own the business
-Product: Own operational rigor to drive foundational set ups (signals, creative) and priority product adoption, reporting & execution for vertical
-Learning: Measurement & Learning Agenda plan for vertical
-Leadership: Lead from the front, coach and mentor the team
Minimum Qualifications:
- Extensive years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital performance marketing, mobile app industry experience is a big plus
- Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience managing performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance
- Experience managing small to mid-size teams
