THE TEAM
You will be part of the Culinary team at Rosewood Red Sea, working closely with the Events Chef de Partie, Sous Chefs, and Chef de Cuisine to deliver exceptional banquet, catering, and special event experiences across the resort. Partnering with Events, Food & Beverage, Stewarding, and Purchasing teams, you will contribute to seamless event execution while maintaining the highest standards of culinary quality, presentation, and service excellence. YOUR ROLE
As Demi Chef de Partie - Events, you will support the Chef de Partie in the daily operation of an assigned section within the Events Kitchen. You will assist with food preparation, mise en place, production, and service execution for conferences, weddings, private functions, VIP experiences, and special occasions. Through attention to detail, organization, and teamwork, you will help deliver exceptional culinary experiences while ensuring consistency, quality, and operational efficiency. This aligns with the core purpose of supporting food preparation, presentation, quality standards, and smooth kitchen operations.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
Support the Chef de Partie in the daily operation of your assigned section within the Events Kitchen.
Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes for banquet, catering, and special event operations.
Ensure all food preparation, presentation, and service standards are delivered in line with Rosewood expectations.
Maintain organized mise en place and operational readiness to support efficient event execution.
Follow HACCP, food safety, hygiene, storage, and handling standards at all times.
Work closely with culinary and operational teams to ensure quality, consistency, and timely service delivery.
