THE TEAM
You will be part of the Pastry Culinary team at Rosewood Red Sea, working closely with the Chef de Partie - Pastry, Sous Chef - Pastry, and Pastry Chef to create exceptional pastry and dessert experiences across the resort. Partnering with Culinary, Food & Beverage, Stewarding, and Purchasing teams, you will contribute to the production of high-quality pastries, desserts, cakes, chocolates, and specialty items while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship, consistency, and presentation.
YOUR ROLE
As Demi Chef de Partie - Pastry, you will support the daily operation of an assigned pastry section, assisting in the preparation, production, and presentation of a wide range of pastry and dessert offerings. You will help ensure operational readiness, product consistency, food safety compliance, and exceptional quality standards while contributing to memorable guest experiences within an ultra-luxury environment.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
Support the Chef de Partie - Pastry in the daily operation of the assigned pastry section.
Assist in the preparation, production, and presentation of desserts, cakes, chocolates, confectionery, and specialty pastry items.
Ensure all products are prepared and presented in accordance with Rosewood standards and guest expectations.
Maintain organized mise en place and operational readiness to support efficient production and service.
Follow HACCP, food safety, hygiene, storage, and handling standards at all times.
Collaborate with pastry and culinary teams to ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery of products.
