Foster relationships across departments to support business objectives.
Cross-sell bank products in alignment with the Customer Protection Framework.
Ensure customers receive appropriate product information, including terms and conditions via digital method.
Bridge the gap between digital and in-branch experiences by helping customers integrate digital tools into their banking routines.
Educate customers on digital security best practices, including identifying phishing and vishing threats.
Gather and share customer feedback on digital experiences to inform service improvements.
Encourage customers to leave Google reviews reflecting their service experience.
